With over 35 years in senior leadership positions in a vast array of global facilities management companies, Andy has managed businesses in over 50 countries and visited more than 100. This has allowed Andy the ability to build very diverse teams in many diﬀerent markets with varied cultures. An integral part of his career has been his passion for ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ and alongside his colleagues, Andy has led many programs in third world countries helping to alleviate the desperate plight of many youngsters in economically poor and non-industrialized regions.
Ron has over 35 years of Senior Management experience in Finance, Technology, and Operations across North America, Europe, Central Asia, Western Africa, and the Middle East. He has had corporate responsibility for large organizations in several countries, as well as establishing and managing several very successful JV’s operating in the Food, Facility Management, and Transportation sectors in central Asia, Africa, and India. Ron’s specialty is establishing strong commercial relationships with potential business partners and clients.
Ray was the top salesman for two International organizations using the Sales Funnel ® system that he developed and now teaches to others around the world. Today he is an award-winning consultant, business owner, author, and sought-after international speaker. Ray is the author of “Success Secrets of The Sales Funnel” and “Sales Minutes for Salesmaster” and was the host of the radio program “Winning the Game of Life”. Ray combined his scientific background with practical field experience to develop his trademarked Sales Funnel ® system that is taught in 42 countries and has been translated into seven languages. As a businessman, Ray is President of The Leone Resource Group and SSS Publishing and is a consultant to both Fortune 500 companies and small business owners. He is an award-winning behavioral consultant.
Tony is an international sales trainer, keynote speaker, and author whose career spans over 13 years. He is a certified TriMetrix behavioral analyst licensed in Hartman Index, DISC, Driving Forces, and EQ. Tony oversees the training and development of the TLS sales team as well as the development of the TLS University.
Farah is a Solicitor, qualified in England & Wales with over 20 years of legal experience. She started her professional legal career in banking, specializing in fraud prevention and security. Thereafter Farah joined the corporate and commercial division of the bank working on mergers & acquisitions, employment matters, and litigation. She later moved into private practice to obtain further experience working on criminal matters. Having gained experience with some of the top legal brains in the United Kingdom in both in-house and private practice, Farah moved to the UAE to join an FTSE 100 company as legal counsel for Central Asia, Middle East & Africa. She spent 11
years working in different legal roles for the same company. In this period Farah was able to combine her professional vocation with her passion to travel as she was able to work in many jurisdictions supporting and providing training to various arms of the business. In 2017, Farah set up her legal consultancy offering a wide spectrum of legal services to her clients. She is extremely passionate about education and has been supporting charities in the Middle East, India, and Africa by providing free legal advice to NGOs and on a personal level teaching children English in undeveloped areas in Madagascar.
Nahida has over 26 years of experience, working as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at a C-suite level in the Gulf and the Middle East, as well as a customer service backline solving client’s problems and issues for one of the largest courier companies in the world. Nahida has managed mobilizations and branch openings for many companies. She has extensive experience in organizing training, human resources management, and problem-solving. Nahida specializes in establishing strong business relationships with her clients through trust and confidence.
As a part of well-established companies within the UAE, Iva has more than 8 years of experience in Marketing and Graphic Design. Working across Central Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Iva has successfully implemented projects, innovation campaigns, and training programs for Employees and Senior Management.
